IDH is a global NGO with offices in 10+ countries. They hire remotely in mostly developing regions, especially in Africa, Asia and LatAm. They were looking for a global provider which could handle some of the countries where compliance is fairly complex.
In 9 months, Skuad has helped IDH onboard 4 people in Cameroon, 3 people in Italy, 1 person in Chad and 1 person in the USA.
IDH plans to end the year (2022) with ~15 onboardings, mainly in African countries.

Before starting the onboarding process, we helped IDH answer all queries related to country-specific salary break-up, taxes, allowances,13th month pay, etc. IDH had complete visibility of the cost and timelines needed for onboarding.
Once the onboarding started on Skuad’s platform, we involved IDH in all communications with the employee, ensuring transparency in the process.

Once onboarding was completed in a specific country, we managed the monthly payroll & compliance and also conducted employee training of Skuad’s platform. We also did monthly check-ins with IDH.
A combination of this entire approach has enabled IDH to efficiently onboard candidates at a steady pace of ~1 employee per month.
