In mid-2021, after their Series B funding, Loconav wanted to expand globally in 50+ countries (in the next two years).
Its biggest challenge was to hire both contractors and full-time employees compliantly, especially in those countries where it did not have a legal entity.
By early 2022, Skuad helped Loconav expand significantly in Asia and Africa.
By December 2022, the plan to grow to a headcount of 20.
