Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Time Tracking’ section and click on ‘Time off’. Here, you'll find three headers:
a) My Requests - You can apply for a leave in this section and view your available leave balance
b) Leaves - View information about the Leave policy for each of the leave types you can avail of.
c) Holiday Calendar - Access details about the holidays you are entitled to for the current calendar year.
You can apply for a leave by clicking on the ‘Add Request’ button in the ‘My Requests’ section.
Step 2: A ‘New Request’ page opens up where you can add additional details.
Step 3: Using the drop-down select the leave policy under which you wish to apply leave for. Add the period for which you wish to take leave and state the reason for the same.
Step 4: Click on ‘Save’ to submit your leave, and an email will notify your manager about the leave submission. Once approved, your leave is granted.
Step 5: To check the status of your applied leave, navigate to the ‘My Requests’ tab. Here, you'll find a list of leaves you've applied for along with their current status.
Your leave status will be updated to either ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’ based on your manager's decision.
