Just In: Bulk Import Payroll Adjustments and Invoice Summaries

In our continuous endeavour to elevate the user experience, we're thrilled to announce a slew of new features and enhancements. Dive in to discover the new updates!

1. Import Adjustments in Bulk

With this release, multiple adjustments can be uploaded in one go by clicking on “Import Adjustments” as shown in the screenshot below.

There are two ways to add multiple adjustments:

a) Adjustments can be added directly in the table shown below -

b) By uploading a .csv file as shown below -

The impact

These improvements aim to streamline the payroll adjustment process, saving time and reducing errors.

2. Enhanced Payroll Invoice

The payroll invoice has been updated in two ways.

a) Addition of Overall Summary in the Invoice View - 

This new addition enables you to instantly view the total amounts for each individual payroll component. With this concise summary, you can easily gain a comprehensive understanding of the various elements of your payroll at a glance, facilitating a quicker and more efficient analysis of your payroll data.

b) Addition of last 3 month invoice summary

This is designed to streamline your financial analysis by providing a clear, month-over-month comparison of payroll items.

With this addition, you can now quickly ascertain whether payroll expenses for employees or contractors have increased, decreased, or remained steady, without the need to reference previous invoices.

This efficient and time-saving update allows for a more immediate and accurate understanding of your payroll trends.

These improvements will promote transparency and an enhanced customer experience within our platform.

3. People Detail Revamp

With the revamp of people detail screens, we have improved the overall user experience of the people profile screens. 

a) Enhanced User Experience

We have adopted a card like structure which will give us an option to add/delete/update any field easily and clubbed the information in different cards to reduce the information cognitive load for the end user.

b) Option to add more than 2 children

We have enabled the option to add the details of more than 2 children in just a few steps.

Under People Detail > Personal Details > Family Details > Click on ‘Add Another Child’.
