Can I edit the terms of engagement once the Contractor has begun working?

You can certainly modify the terms of engagement for a contractor even after the contract has been signed and marked as active. To make these changes, follow the specific steps below:

Step-1

Log into the Payoneer WFM platform and Navigate to people section

Select the active contractor whose contract you wish to modify. Under More Actions, select Modify Contract.

Step-3

Enter the Effective Date from which you want the modifications to take effect.

Step-4

You will be able to modify the contract in three specific sections, with the following details:

• Basic Info: Edit the contractor’s last name, Type of Service (Department), and Contract End Date.

• Contract Details: Update the Notice Period, Scope of Work, Designation, and Approval/Reporting Managers.

• Payments Details: Adjust the Payment Frequency, Payment Rate, and Invoicing Frequency.

Step-5:

Finally, review all the updated details thoroughly and click on Modify Contract.

The modified contract will then be automatically sent to the contractor for their review.
