How can I update the team member's name associated with an email address?

Our system primarily identifies users by their email address and stores the name provided during their initial registration. If you need to change the name associated with a specific email address, you will not be able to edit it directly within the platform.

To update the name, please raise a Help Request with our support team, providing the following details:

1. The email address of the user.
2. The current name that is displayed on the platform.
3. The correct name that should be updated.

Once we receive your request, we will update the name on the backend and confirm with you when the process is complete.
