You can easily submit a request for a contractor's compensation revision directly through the Payoneer WFM platform's workflow.
Step-1
Log into the Payoneer WFM platform and Select the contractor profile under the people’s section

Step-2
On the profile, locate and click the Request Compensation Revision button, found under the 'More Actions' menu.

Step-3
A form will appear. Select the effective date for the revision.

Step-4
Enter the new compensation amount and select if you wish to add a bonus and/or an allowance.

Step-5
Select if you would like to send an email notification about this revision to the contractor, and then review the default template of the email before clicking Next.

Step-6
The compensation revision has been processed, and the email notification has been sent.

Step-7
To view and track the history and status of the compensation revision request, click on More Options and then on View Compensation Timeline.

You should now be able to see your last request and the history of compensation revised for the contractor.
