Updating a Team Member’s Role or Access

You can easily update a team member's access level to reflect their new responsibilities within the platform.

  1. Log into the Payoneer WFM platform.
  2. Open the My Team tab.
  3. Click on the specific team member’s row to open the right drawer.
  4. Review their current role and permissions details.
  5. Select Edit Role and then choose the new role from the available options.
  6. Save your changes to apply the update.

The updated permissions take effect immediately across the platform.
