As the legal Employer of Record (EOR), payslips are treated as confidential employee documents, so they are made available directly to the employees, not to you in the platform.
Why clients don’t see individual payslips
- Under the EOR model, Payoneer WFM (Or the Local Entities of the Country) is the legal employer, and payslips contain personal and sensitive data (tax IDs, bank details, deductions, etc.).
- To comply with data privacy and employment regulations, individual payslips are not exposed to client users by default.
But Rest assured,
- Payslips are generated for each pay run and shared with your employees on or before the pay date.
- They are delivered through the designated channel for that country (e.g., Payoneer WFM platform, secure email etc.), in line with local practice and regulation.
