Why has my payment been delayed?

We understand you may be concerned about the delay in your payment, even after your invoice was raised and approved. As a pay-only contractor, please note the following:

  1. Likely Reason for Delay: Your payment is likely delayed because we are currently awaiting remittance from your employer for the approved invoice.
  2. Anticipated Resolution Timeline: Once we receive the payment from your employer, your funds will be processed, and you might be able to receive your payment within an estimated 5 working days.
