Why was my payment less than the hours I submitted?

The amount on your invoice, as a pay-as-you-go contractor, is directly based on the timesheets that have been officially approved by your manager.

If you believe you have been underpaid, please follow these steps to verify your hours:

  1. Double-check the total hours you worked against the hours that were submitted for payment.
  2. Confirm that all submitted hours have received final approval from your manager.

A lower payment on your invoice may result from hours that were either not submitted or have not yet been approved.
