#1 Faster time logs. Smarter submissions
Time is critical when managing distributed teams and tracking hours across projects. So, we’ve enhanced the Time Logs section in the Payoneer Workforce Management dashboard to reduce friction and give you better visibility and control over time submissions.
These updates improve speed, clarity, and accuracy for both managers and contractors.
What’s new:
New Pending Submissions Tab All saved but not-submitted time logs now sit in a clearly labeled tab. Contractors can quickly review and submit in bulk, reducing missed entries and admin delays.
New Dashboard Card for Time Logs A newly added card on the dashboard displays all pending submissions and unapproved entries at a glance, making it easier for managers to stay on top of time approvals.
Auto-Submission for Timer Sessions Contractors who use the in-platform timer can now benefit from auto-submission, configured via the Settings tab. So, timed sessions will not be missed during submissions.
Why it matters:
Reduces human error in time-logging
Helps managers identify and resolve pending logs faster
Minimizes payroll delays with better submission hygiene
#2 Client-initiated document signing for contractors
Contractor onboarding shouldn’t require juggling third-party tools and manual document tracking. That’s why we’re introducing a new Client-Initiated Document Signing Workflow, now available in beta on the Payoneer Workforce Management platform.
This feature streamlines agreement signing and accelerates onboarding, all within a single interface.
What’s new:
Initiate signing from the contractor’s profile Navigate to a contractor’s record and start the signing flow.
Platform-native experience No more DocuSign, PandaDoc, or other tools. You can simply get the documents signed, tracked, and stored centrally within the Payoneer Workforce Management platform.
Why it matters:
Reduces dependency on external tools
Keeps all documentation secure and centralized
Empowers HR teams to move faster during peak hiring seasons

#4 Contractor management just got a power upgrade
Managing contractor payments isn’t just about hitting the “Pay” button. You need control over invoice cycles, payout timing, and FX responsibilities, especially when operating across currencies and countries.
We’ve introduced three powerful enhancements to help you streamline payments and align them with your internal finance operations.
Here’s what’s new:
Custom Invoice Cycles Define when the first invoice period ends. Supports monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly cycles.
Schedule Contractor Payouts Choose payout dates up to 60 days in advance. Contractors are notified of the exact payment date.
Decide FX Cost Bearer You can now decide who pays the foreign exchange cost, you or the contractor. This is configurable per contractor or by default rule.
Why it matters:
Align payouts with your finance team’s budget flows
Offer predictability to contractors
Take better control over operational costs in cross-border payments
