Payoneer Workforce Management: Q2 & Q3 2026 Product Updates

Over the past two quarters, we've focused on giving you more control over how you expand globally, pay contractors, and reconcile payments, with less manual work at every step. Here's everything that shipped across Q2 and Q3 2026.

Self-serve country activation

Expanding into a new country? You can now activate hiring in a new country directly from the platform. No more waiting on internal teams to walk you through it. When you try to add a hire in a country that isn't yet active, you're guided through a structured activation flow before proceeding.

Key highlights

  • Review employer obligations and employee entitlements before you commit
  • Get a clear view of country activation costs upfront, no surprises later
  • Preview and accept the Country Local Compliance Agreement (LCA) right in the same flow
  • Country is marked as Active immediately upon completion
  • Automatic Help Request generated in case of issues
Self-serve country activation

What this means for you

Full visibility into compliance requirements and costs before you commit. You can start hiring in a new country the same day, without waiting for anyone.

Phase 1 is live in 10 countries: Belgium, Finland, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, France, United Kingdom, Estonia, Czech Republic, and Romania.

Revamped Time Off module

The Time Off module has been redesigned to give you, HR teams, and workers a clearer way to manage leave. Policy creation, enrollment, balance visibility, approvals, and holiday calendars now live in one structured workspace.

Key highlights

  • Centralized workspace with tabbed navigation across policies, enrollments, approvals, and holiday calendars
  • Step-by-step policy creation covering leave type, allowance, accrual, proration, tenure-based entitlements, and carry-forward settings
  • Flexible accrual options: annual, monthly, from employment date, or after a waiting period
  • Tenure-based additional leave that increases entitlement as workers hit service milestones
  • Carry-forward and expiry controls with clear visibility into when balances are credited and when they lapse
  • Full policy preview before creation, with the option to modify any section before confirming
  • Enrollment workspace separating enrolled and unenrolled workers, with bulk enrollment controls
  • Safer policy modification with a clear choice between applying changes at the next cycle or immediately recalculating current balances

What this means for you

Country-specific leave rules can now be configured accurately in one place, with less manual effort and fewer balance errors.

Bulk Payment Report export

No more piecing reconciliation together by hand. Clients can now download bulk payment data from both the client-level and payee-level Bulk Pay History views, with everything needed for reconciliation in one export.

Key highlights

  • New Export Data option under Payments > Bulk Pay History for client-level reporting
  • Payee-level export enhanced to follow the same report structure
  • Each row represents one payout made as part of a bulk payment
  • Report includes Job ID, Bulk Payment Reference, Payout Reference, recipient details, payout and paid amounts, fees, invoice numbers, and a direct transaction link

What this means for you

One export, and you've got everything you need to confirm payments went through and that fees match what you expected. No manual tracking, no separate data consolidation.

New Payin Report

Full visibility into every payment, in and out. A new Payin Report is now available under Payments in All Reports, giving you a consolidated, transaction-level view of incoming payment data in a single downloadable file.

Key highlights

  • Summary sheet for a quick consolidated view of pay-in activity
  • Raw Data sheet for record-level detail, reconciliation, and audit support
  • Available on demand under Reports > All Reports > Generate Report > Payin Report

Easier local payments for contractors

Contractors now get a clearer, cheaper path to being paid in their local currency, and you control how it works for your account.

Key highlights

  • Control over local-currency payouts for contractors
  • Currency conversion handled by WFM at competitive rates, instead of their bank
  • Contractors can see the exact amount they'll receive before confirming
Easier local payments for contractors

What this means for you

You decide how local-currency payouts work for your account. Your contractors can see exactly what they save versus their bank, avoid high bank conversion fees, and face less friction at payout.
