1. Semi-Monthly Payment Cycles

Managing cash flow just got easier. We’ve introduced semi-monthly payment options, giving clients and contractors more flexibility and predictability in how payments are scheduled.

• Two payment periods per month: 1st–15th and 16th–31st
• Automated invoice generation with predictable scheduling
• Flexible activation dates with prorated calculations

2. Expensify Integration

With our new Expensify integration, expense reports and reimbursements now flow directly into the Payoneer Workforce Management dashboard.

• People sync made simple: Active workers are matched automatically; incomplete profiles are flagged for onboarding.
• Clean expense sync: Pull ‘Approved’ and ‘Reimbursed’ expenses to the Payoneer Workforce management account.
• Flexible start date: Choose to sync from integration day forward or set a custom start date.
• Auto-sync daily: Enable hands-free updates so your data stays fresh.‍
• Full control: Edit preferences anytime or remove integration with a single click.

3. Local Payout Currency Flexibility

Contractors can now select a local payout currency when receiving payments via Payoneer Global Bank Transfer, without changing the invoice (primary) currency.

• Reduce transfer rejection risks
• Receive funds in local currency while keeping the invoice in the agreed currency (e.g., USD, EUR)
• Greater flexibility in managing payment preferences

4. Contractor Management & Payment Enhancements

This release makes contractor management more professional, flexible, and transparent with updates to branding, document delivery, and compliance.

Key Highlights:

• Client Logos on Invoices: Add your logo to invoices and PDFs for professional branding
• Automated PDF Delivery: Contractors automatically receive payment documents via email‍
• Optional Last Name Field: Last Name is no longer required, making it easier to onboard single-name contractors

5. Holiday Calendar Enhancements

This update makes holiday management more transparent and configurable for HROps, clients, and employees.
