Tookitaki is a Singapore-based fintech startup founded in 2014. They have consistently recorded 200% growth year-on-year. Tookitaki wanted to continue on their rapid growth journey but were unable to find skilled talent in the region.
They approached Skuad in June 2021 as they were looking for a global employment platform that could help them hire remote talent, compliantly.
Currently, Tookitaki has 7 employees in 6 different countries — Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, UAE, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
With Skuad, they plan to scale the team to 10-15 members across APAC by the end of 2022.
